What We are Grateful For this Thanksgiving at Tidy Spaces
Be thankful for what you have, you will end up having more.
If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never have enough.
~ Oprah Winfrey
What a year 2020 turned out to be. It definitely did not turn out the way we at Tidy Spaces expected. COVID-19 had us rethinking how we do business and how to best take care of our customers. It challenged us as to how a small business can survive in a pandemic. Our clients came first which gave us opportunities to go in new directions, and, as you could imagine, there was a learning curve. But that is what entrepreneurship is all about. In times like this, it is easy to get “bummed” out and feel frustrated. But for us, it is these challenges that make us grateful.
We are grateful that we grew as a company adding some amazing women to assist us in areas where we needed help. They support us, challenge us, and teach us through this journey.
We are grateful for our families and friends who support and love us.
We are grateful for our clients that trust us to solve their problems and allow us to create amazing spaces for their families to enjoy. We have met some amazing people along the way.
We are thankful for our (almost) 1000 followers on social media that click, like, and comment on all of our crazy posts. We appreciate your input and support. Keep on “clicking!”
We are grateful for all of the essential workers striving daily to keep us all healthy and safe.
Without you, even we would have not been able to do our job.
It’s easy to lose sight of the positives in your life, especially during this pandemic. Like many of you we are doing what we can to feel closer to our loved ones and continuing to find ways to stay connected through phone calls, video calls, or even a simple text.
This blog is just our way of thanking so many of you that have been on this journey with us. May all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy those you can be with. Stay safe and eat lots of pumpkin pie!!
All of our gratitude,
Sandra and Susan
